Meet your Senior Fitness Specialist.

Hello! My name is Allison Jacobs, and I’m a Certified Senior Fitness Specialist through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I’m also a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant which has allowed me to gain invaluable knowledge and experience in the health and fitness industry. In total, I have more than 13 years of experience in the health field. 

Over the years, I’ve grown a fondness for working with our aging population, and I’m committed to securing their functional independence. You or a loved one may have received structured services in the past to aid in improving your strength, mobility, and balance, but those services are often limited in duration by insurance. As a Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, I’m here to bridge the gap and provide continued fitness training to help you achieve and maintain your desired fitness goals.
